The concept of Procedural Law may not be well known. It is understood as the branch of the legal system that disciplines the way and form in which procedures should be handled within the judicial bodies.

The importance of Procedural Law

This type of law is a matter of vital importance in its broad field. This is so because, as it is often said, even if you are right, it is of transcendental importance that all the tools provided by procedural law are properly used in litigation that arises before the judicial body.

If this is not taken into account, it could lead to the dismissal of a party’s claims, even if the issue under debate is basically right.
